Dishwasher position at luxury hospitality establishment in New York, Florida. Support kitchen operations with sanitization excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cookware, and serviceware according to health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station, including proper chemical storage and waste disposal
- Sort, inspect, and organize clean items for storage or return to kitchen stations
- Manage soiled item intake and maintain workflow efficiency during high-volume service periods
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure adequate supplies of clean equipment and serviceware
Qualifications
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashing machinery
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Experience
