Role & Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to maintain sanitation and food service standards
- Clean, inspect, and organize all kitchen utensils, cookware, glassware, and tableware
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and surrounding areas
- Sort and dispose of waste materials in accordance with facility protocols
- Assist with restocking clean serviceware and supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
