Role & Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines and sanitize all serviceware, cookware, glassware, and kitchen equipment to food safety standards
- Organize and stock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen items for kitchen and service staff use
- Monitor dishroom operations and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station, including floors and work surfaces
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to prioritize urgent dishware requests during peak service periods
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding kitchen environment
- Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and food safety practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience
