Dishwasher role in Bergen, Norway. Support culinary operations with professional warewashing and kitchen sanitation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and maintain kitchen sanitation standards
- Sort, wash, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware according to health codes
- Organize and store clean items in designated locations
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding areas
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding equipment needs or maintenance issues
