Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee Client Development team performance and goals through management of Group Selling Managers
- Communicate the store vision and goals to all team members
- Advocate for Neiman Marcus values and manage team to create an energized atmosphere where customer service aligns with company standards
- Partner with Client Development, Brand Experience, Restaurants, Merchants, Brands Manager, and Regional team to fulfill store strategic efforts
- Support the Store GM in fulfilling responsibilities and backfill as needed
- Determine strategic objectives in partnership with Store GM and set priorities accordingly
- Analyze and develop understanding of internal and external customer behavior, trends, and preferences, adjusting processes and standards
- Participate in and facilitate Store Leadership Team meetings by promoting a trusting environment for participation, idea sharing, and addressing concerns
- Partner with Merchant and Planning Organization Leaders and Regional team to determine appropriate strategies and action plans for positive results
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion
- Prior retail senior management experience required
- Track record of achieving results across multiple businesses
- History of building, motivating, and coaching teams
- Experience navigating complex business problems and collaborating with leaders across corporate functions
- Ability to present at the executive level and lead large-scale projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
