- Set and lead the Private Client Relations strategy with accountability for client retention, upward migration, and acquisition through relationship cultivation and loyalty initiatives

- 10+ years of experience in luxury retail, private clienteling, VIP client management, or comparable relationship-first, high-touch environment
- Demonstrated history of building or leading a bespoke client engagement practice with direct accountability for measurable revenue growth and long-term client loyalty
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams with full ownership of hiring, performance management, and structuring a scalable team without sacrificing personal touch
- Deep, trusted relationships with luxury brand and vendor partners with a track record of securing exclusive access and opportunities
- Financial fluency to own a program budget, build compelling investment cases, and communicate performance and ROI at the executive level
- Innate understanding of what moves the world's most discerning clients—their values, memorable moments, and drivers of loyalty
