Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end eCommerce strategy for Saks.com to drive revenue, margin and market share growth.
- Own P&L responsibility for the online channel, set targets and translate them into measurable KPIs and operational plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams — merchandising, digital marketing, UX, engineering, operations and customer care — to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
- Develop site merchandising strategies, assortment planning, pricing and promotional cadence in partnership with buying and planning.
- Optimize conversion through data-driven experimentation, personalization, A/B testing and improved site experience.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to prioritize roadmap, ensure reliable site operations and accelerate time-to-market for new features.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors (payments, logistics, analytics, platform providers) to maximize performance and scalability.
- Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing teams and instill a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer obsession.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of eCommerce leadership within luxury retail or premium multibrand environments.
- Demonstrable P&L ownership and experience delivering revenue and margin targets for a major online channel.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in merchandising, digital marketing and customer lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and familiarity with eCommerce KPIs, testing methodologies and data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience
Typically 8+ years of progressive eCommerce experience with at least 4 years in senior leadership roles, preferably within luxury retail or premium multibrand commerce, including direct responsibility for P&L, merchandising and digital growth.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
