Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned stylist to understand client preferences, prepare curated looks, and support exceptional client experiences
• Manage client service requests end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution across all touchpoints
• Maintain detailed client records including sizes, style preferences, and purchase history to enable personalized wardrobe recommendations
• Source high-demand and trend-forward items by coordinating with store locations, buyers, and inventory management systems
• Build and manage digital assets and lookbooks highlighting top-selling, trending, and seasonal pieces
• Track new arrivals and performance data to ensure styling recommendations remain ahead of market trends
• Create and publish fashion-forward content including styled lookbooks, pin-attributed outfits, Instagram posts, and product roundups
• Manage social selling efforts including Instagram content scheduling, link tracking, click performance analytics, and conversion insights
• Oversee retail operations including returns processing, order tracking, alterations coordination, and point-of-sale management
• Manage order fulfillment workflows from placement through delivery and vendor coordination
• Own appointment scheduling, calendar management, and logistics for digital styling sessions
• Coordinate seamlessly with Styling Assistant counterpart and Operational Assistant to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree strongly preferred)
• Some experience in retail, fashion, or styling environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced retail or digital selling environment
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable with social media platforms and digital content creation
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other digital business tools
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in both brick-and-mortar and digital retail environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with competitive luxury styling programs (preferred)

Some experience in retail, fashion, or styling; experience working in both brick-and-mortar and digital retail environments is preferred.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.63 to USD 38.94 per hour.
