Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous client relationships and address all client needs when the assigned consultant is unavailable, serving as liaison between clients and consultants
- Demonstrate strong time management capabilities by prioritizing daily tasks and organizing workload across multiple client portfolios
- Provide computer literacy and systems proficiency to support daily operations and consultant workflow
- Execute ad hoc responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management
