Saks Global seeks Cross-Category eCommerce Specialist in Texas. Drive luxury digital merchandising, site optimization, and analytics for Bergdorf Goodman's online platform. $65K–$81K annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Curate cross-category product listing pages (PLPs) by synthesizing merchant strategies, customer analytics, and Bergdorf Goodman's aesthetic standards
- Manage product life cycles from item creation through launch and marketing inclusion, maintaining visibility across digital storytelling initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust merchandising placements dynamically based on availability and sales velocity
- Build, test, and optimize customer experiences for marketing campaigns, brand launches, and promotional events
- Partner with Category Growth, Buying, Marketing, and Creative teams to execute cross-functional initiatives and maintain visibility for digital enhancements
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports tracking site health, merchandising effectiveness, and navigation metrics
- Deliver post-event recaps analyzing KPIs against benchmarks and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Conduct quarterly site turnovers to assess past performance and inform future navigation, content, and merchandising strategies
- Audit, identify, and resolve navigational errors, broken links, and configuration issues in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Monitor luxury retail competitors for emerging UX, merchandising, and promotional trends
- Recommend process enhancements and governance frameworks to scale best practices and differentiated digital experiences
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or luxury fashion
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Preferred: Experience with analytics platforms such as Looker or Adobe Analytics

1–2 years in eCommerce, digital retail, or luxury fashion environments, with demonstrated ability to manage product merchandising, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate across functional teams.
Education
