Saks Global seeks a Cross-Category Ecommerce Specialist to drive luxury digital merchandising and site performance optimization. Salary $65,000–$81,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and test customer journeys for online events, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue
- Curate seasonal gift guides and select curated shops using data and merchant recommendations to optimize discoverability and revenue
- Support quarterly global site taxonomy and refinement updates to ensure successful implementation
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust product placements based on availability and sales velocity
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Buying, Marketing, and Creative to ensure accurate and timely content execution
- Ensure accurate set-up and visibility of key digital services across site touchpoints and monitor customer engagement
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on site performance, product trends, and merchandising effectiveness with data-driven recommendations
- Assist in pulling key KPIs for promotional events to understand performance drivers and develop holistic event recaps
- Generate and maintain monthly navigation performance reports
- Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze results to inform site navigation strategies
- Identify and troubleshoot site navigational and SFCC setup issues in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Monitor competitor sites for promotional, merchandising, and UX opportunities
- Advise on and partner with internal teams to improve processes and scale best practice governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
- Experience with analytics tools such as Looker or Adobe Analytics preferred
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
