Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in London — deliver luxury makeup and skincare consultations, drive sales and nurture client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and makeup/skincare application to affluent clientele, matching products to client needs and occasions.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets through proactive client engagement and conversion of consultations into purchases.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up appointments and clienteling activities.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrances and communicate benefits and rituals with authority.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, process returns/exchanges and accurately manage client data in CRM or clienteling tools.
- Ensure flawless presentation of the sales floor and counter: merchandising, replenishment, stock accuracy and adherence to brand visual standards.
- Participate in brand and product training, promotional events and masterclasses; represent the maison at in-store activations.
- Uphold Chanel grooming standards, confidentiality and a discreet, service-oriented approach at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in beauty retail or luxury cosmetics (typically 1–3 years) with a demonstrable sales record.
- Professional training or certification in makeup artistry or skincare is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise high-net-worth clients.
- Comfortable working flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism consistent with luxury brand standards.

Education
