Role & Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists in curating personalized fashion recommendations aligned with client preferences and lifestyle
- Support client relationship management activities, including appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and preference documentation
- Maintain detailed client profiles and styling history to ensure continuity of service across multiple touchpoints
- Coordinate personal shopping sessions, trunk shows, and exclusive brand events for Club members
- Process client requests and orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist in inventory management and styling presentation preparation
- Contribute to the development of client loyalty through exceptional, consultative service
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and personal styling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited to high-net-worth clientele
- Experience in luxury retail, clienteling, or personal shopping (preferred)
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
