Client Services Representative position in Bulgaria for luxury retail women's store. Support clients across channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client support and assistance across multiple communication channels
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
- Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Process requests and transactions with accuracy and efficiency
