Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an exceptional client portfolio through personalized service and strategic relationship management
- Develop new client accounts and establish Saks Fifth Avenue memberships through Club events and targeted outreach
- Generate business ideas collaboratively with the Fifth Avenue Club team and execute strategies to exceed individual sales targets
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's CRM and clientele resource tools to record, organize, and leverage client preferences and purchase history
- Source merchandise across multiple inventory networks including flagship stores, the digital endless aisle, and distribution centers for tailored client appointments
- Conduct client fittings and coordinate basic alterations under the guidance of the Alterations Director
- Build a digital presence through social media content creation and platform-based selling to attract and engage clientele
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Saks Fifth Avenue's values and aesthetic in all client interactions and community engagement
- Execute ad hoc duties as assigned by management

- Minimum three years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment
