Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend and assist customers in locating merchandise based on individual needs and style preferences
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of current inventory and luxury designer offerings available at off-price
- Greet customers consistently and communicate current promotions and selling events
- Build repeat business by establishing client relationships and promoting Saks credit card programs
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS register systems and maintain checkout compliance
- Resolve customer concerns and issues with integrity and respect
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and loyalty program participation metrics
- Execute floor maintenance, including fixture resizing, markdown processing, signage updates, and merchandise displays
- Ensure visual presentation of merchandise adheres to brand and company display standards
- Support asset protection and loss prevention initiatives through adherence to compliance procedures and theft awareness reporting
