Trainee, Buying Operations role in India offering entry-level training in procurement and supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support buying team with order processing, vendor management, and procurement documentation
- Assist in data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and reporting on purchasing metrics and inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing procurement activities and market trends
- Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of buying systems, ERP software, and industry practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related discipline
- Strong organizational and time management skills
