Role & Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness using designated operational tools
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies
- Prioritize orders based on urgency, business requirements, and established service level agreements
- Collaborate with planners, buyers, and cross-functional teams to manage replenishment inventory through accurate forecasting
