Busser position at Ginori Café in Sofia, Bulgaria - support fine dining operations with table service and guest experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Clear and reset dining tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Assist servers with table setup and service support
- Manage beverage service including coffee and tea service
- Ensure proper placement of tableware, glassware, and linens according to service standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
