Role & Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables swiftly and unobtrusively to maintain continual service flow in a luxury dining room.
- Support servers by bussing plates, refilling water and beverage glasses, and delivering bread and side items as required.
- Perform side work: polishing silverware and glassware, restocking service stations, folding napkins and setting up place settings to brand standards.
- Maintain dining room, server stations and back‑of‑house bussing areas in a spotless and organised condition throughout service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation and allergen‑control procedures; report any guest concerns to the server or manager immediately.
- Assist during large covers, private events or banquets by expediting table turns and supporting logistics for coordinated service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels or banquet operations preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 pounds safely.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury service and presentation standards.
- Right to work in the country of employment and ability to pass any required background or health checks.

Entry‑level role; 0–1 year of hospitality or restaurant experience preferred. Candidates with prior fine‑dining or hotel experience will be prioritised.
