Prada is seeking a Business Supervisor for its Men's store in Sofia. Lead operations, drive sales growth, and manage team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and business performance of the men's department or store
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth within the menswear category
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and inventory management align with brand guidelines
- Develop and execute promotional and sales strategies tailored to the men's clientele
- Monitor customer experience and implement service excellence protocols
- Report on KPIs and business metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams on product assortment and placement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or business operations, preferably in luxury menswear
- Strong understanding of Prada's brand values and positioning
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive commercial results
- Leadership experience with a track record of team development
- Fluency in English; additional languages a distinct advantage

5–8 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, with demonstrated success in leading menswear or men's departments and achieving commercial objectives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail leadership.
