Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of store standards, including merchandise presentation, brand-specific requirements, and company expectations
- Maintain merchandising standards across all departments, with particular focus on high-traffic areas such as shoes, handbags, men's advanced designer, and sale sections
- Support and execute large-scale projects such as floor relayering and departmental resets
- Foster collaborative relationships with Style Advisors and sales teams to partner on floor presentation and merchandise maintenance
- Support closing routines using the 'close to open' philosophy to prepare the store for the next business day
- Act as a liaison between operations and selling teams to ensure clients have an elevated shopping experience
- Support onboarding and training of fellow Brand Steward Associates

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail or other fast-paced environments
- Current knowledge of latest trends and company presentation standards
