Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed action plans for store events in partnership with Selling Managers, Group Managers, Corporate Special Events, Client Development, and Store Leadership
- Manage event scheduling, budgeting, internal and external communications, production, execution, breakdown, and reporting
- Identify, develop, and cultivate deep community relationships with philanthropic organizations, social groups, and corporate partners
- Create compelling brand activations and events that generate excitement while maintaining clear commercial objectives and ROI targets
- Plan and oversee seasonal events calendar across market or metropolitan region
- Own and manage the Brand Experience budget for the assigned store location
- Drive market and home store teams toward achieving Client Development objectives and selling KPIs through collaborative best practices
- Oversee copy writing and production of all invitations, communications, social media content, and event materials
- Lead social media initiatives and develop engaging, compelling social media campaigns
- Coordinate the All Heart community service program and partner on community engagement projects
- Manage store communications programs including e-mail initiatives and campaigns
- Build recommendations and strategies for loyalty program development and optimization
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to Senior Regional Brand Experience Manager on loyalty program direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchants, Communications, Marketing, Creative departments, and brand partners
- Establish team goals aligned with Brand Experience and store strategic objectives
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage Brand Experience team members and direct reports
- Coach and mentor Brand Experience Lead on performance and career development
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of relevant marketing, events, or brand experience in retail or luxury environment
- Proven track record of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives
- Advanced business acumen and analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and ROI metrics
- Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally

4–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, brand management, or related disciplines within retail or luxury retail environments, with demonstrated success building and leading teams.
