Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and departmental sales goals while maintaining consistent high-level customer service
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's online clienteling platform to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences to drive business development
- Provide expert product consultation, application, and professional makeup services to support the customer journey from approach through sale and follow-up
- Maintain pristine counter standards, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling area
- Conduct pre-booked facial consultations and lead in-house training initiatives to build vendor relationships and drive line sales
- Serve as a brand expert and department representative, maintaining a positive liaison role with assigned Account Executives
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or luxury beauty environment
- Proven track record of exceeding individual sales quotas and targets
- Proficiency in professional makeup application and treatment consultation techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and business judgment capabilities
- Ability to learn and proficiently utilize online clienteling tools and proprietary Neiman Marcus software
