Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to clients
- Demonstrate product application techniques and educate customers on skincare, fragrance, and makeup benefits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall retail store performance
