Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank) consistently
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain exceptional customer service by creating and developing excellent customer relationships as a brand expert and department representative
- Maintain positive relationships as liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated Account Executive
- Utilize Neiman Marcus clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences to drive business
- Provide exceptional customer experience from approach through application to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming selling environment
- Demonstrate professional makeup and treatment consultation and application expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Proven successful sales experience with demonstrated ability to exceed quota
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring multi-tasking
- Proficiency in learning and utilizing online clienteling tools and software proprietary to Neiman Marcus
- Strong attention to detail and initiative-taking capability
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to drive business success
- Sound business judgment and organizational ability
- Professional expertise in makeup and treatment consultation and application
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, or luxury goods retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cosmetics or beauty consultation is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
