Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and departmental sales goals
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships as a brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's online clienteling resource tool to record and manage client information and preferences
- Provide expert makeup and skincare consultation, application, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling counter
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated vendor account executives
- Close retail transactions proficiently and execute post-sale follow-up communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or customer-facing beauty environments
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas in a retail context
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and software platforms
- Professional makeup application and skincare consultation expertise
- Strong organizational and business judgment capabilities
