Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) to create exceptional customer experiences
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department daily/monthly objectives
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling platform to record client information, preferences, and purchase history to drive personal business development
- Provide expert consultation on makeup application, skincare treatments, and product selection
- Execute seamless transaction processes from customer approach through closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter merchandising standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
- Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated brand Account Executive
- Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
- Work collaboratively with team members while independently managing individual client portfolio
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or customer-focused beauty environment
- Proven track record of successful sales performance with demonstrated ability to exceed quota
