Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and departmental sales goals
- Develop and maintain clientele relationships as brand expert and department representative
- Utilize clienteling system to record customer information and preferences for business development
- Execute professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications
- Maintain counter standards, merchandise presentation, and selling environment
- Facilitate pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs
- Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated Account Executive
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or customer-focused environments
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with quota attainment track record
- Proficiency in professional makeup and treatment consultation and application
- Ability to learn and operate proprietary clienteling tools and software
- Strong organizational and business judgment capabilities
