- Drive client development and seasonal sales strategy for assigned beauty brand, with accountability for daily and monthly sales targets
- Hire, train, and develop the Merchandise Operations team, managing recruitment with urgency and fostering performance accountability through ongoing coaching
- Oversee inbound merchandise processing, ensuring receipt and placement on selling floor prior to store opening within established timeframes
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular monitoring of inventory exception reports and oversight of outbound transfers and vendor returns
- Direct execution of markdowns, price changes, re-ticketing, and all related operational tasks; ensure compliance with Store Audit Standards
- Lead team engagement and communication to resolve operational flow challenges; set and monitor departmental goals aligned with business objectives
- Develop, motivate, and train team members across all aspects of their roles; conduct product consultations and applications to drive customer engagement
