Guerlain in Paris seeks a Beauty Brand Ambassador — represent Guerlain fragrance and skincare, deliver luxury client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience consistent with Guerlain’s luxury standards, including fragrance consultations, skincare diagnostics and product demonstrations.
- Proactively build and maintain a portfolio of clients through active clienteling, appointment management and follow‑up communications to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through expert product recommendation, upselling and cross‑selling of fragrance, skincare and make‑up ranges.
- Represent the brand during in‑store activations, masterclasses and VIP events, coordinating closely with boutique management and regional teams.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, manage stock levels and assist with inventory processes and loss prevention.
- Use the boutique POS and CRM systems to record client interactions, sales and aftercare instructions accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide high‑touch customer service in a luxury retail environment.
- Comfortable demonstrating and explaining fragrance notes, skincare routines and make‑up techniques to a discerning clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished personal presentation and professional demeanour.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; willingness to participate in special events and travel to regional activations as required.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail or sales experience in beauty, fragrance or luxury goods, with demonstrable success building client relationships and meeting sales targets. Prior experience in a boutique or department store environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetics, aesthetics or beauty therapy is advantageous.
