Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the in‑store face of the brand, delivering personalised product consultations and makeup demonstrations to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Provide professional makeup application and colour matching, tailoring services to client needs and skin types while educating on product benefits and routines.
- Build and maintain client relationships through active clienteling, booking follow‑ups, and accurate CRM record keeping to grow repeat business.
- Execute merchandising and visual standards, ensuring product displays, testers and back stock are presentation‑ready and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Achieve and report against sales KPIs, daily targets and promotional objectives while contributing market feedback to the store leadership and brand team.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, sanitation and safety standards for all service tools and testers.
Qualifications
- Professional makeup certification or vocational training in cosmetology preferred.
- Proven retail experience—ideally 1 year or more—in beauty or luxury cosmetics, with direct sales responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, client‑centric approach.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Impeccable personal presentation and strong service orientation.
