Loewe seeks a Beauty Brand Ambassador in London — client-facing role selling fragrances and cosmetics for the luxury house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that embody Loewe’s brand tone and heritage, converting consultations into sales and long-term relationships.
  • Provide product demonstrations and expert fragrance and cosmetics consultations, advising clients on fit, application and complementary purchases.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, visual displays and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and gift packaging while maintaining client data in the CRM.
  • Support in-store events, product launches and sampling initiatives, liaising with retail management and marketing as required.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with management on replenishment and assist with stock control and deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable passion for fragrance and beauty, with strong product knowledge of perfumes and cosmetic lines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with aptitude for consultative selling and building rapport with a luxury clientele.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail or counter environment, preferably within luxury or prestige beauty.
  • Professional presentation and basic makeup application skills; confidence delivering live demonstrations and makeovers.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; ability to travel between stores for events if required.

Experience
