Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑touch, personalised skincare and makeup consultations that translate product knowledge into tailored client solutions and demonstrable sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets through proactive client acquisition, clienteling and follow‑up.
- Conduct product demonstrations, application services and mini makeovers that reflect the brand’s elevated standards and aesthetic.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, maintain accurate client records and leverage CRM for appointment scheduling and post‑visit engagement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrable numeracy and ability to manage transactions accurately.
- Cosmetology, beauty or skincare certification preferred but not mandatory.
