Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized service and style expertise
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, leveraging technology and wardrobing strategies to drive sales performance
- Adapt product presentation for both in-person and remote client interactions
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, and omni-channel inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals
- Strategize individual business development through wardrobing initiatives, client outreach, and technology usage

Qualifications
- Motivated and goal-oriented with proven ability to set and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency with technology and demonstrated experience selling to clients using digital tools
