Role & Responsibilities
- Model Neiman Marcus service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department monthly objectives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a brand expert and trusted skincare/cosmetics consultant
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's proprietary clienteling system to record customer preferences and drive personalized business development
- Conduct professional makeup consultations and skincare application demonstrations
- Maintain exceptional counter presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated brand Account Executive
- Execute in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused or cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with history of exceeding quotas
- Professional makeup and skincare consultation and application expertise
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and retail software systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments requiring multitasking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Sound business judgment and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused or cosmetics environment, with demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth within a luxury retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetics certification or formal beauty training is preferred but not required.
