Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales through technology and wardrobing
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to execute retail sales across in-person and remote channels
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals while strategizing business growth through targeted outreach and technology adoption
- Leverage the Neiman Marcus clienteling system and digital tools to connect with clients, guide intentional traffic, and create wardrobing opportunities
- Facilitate in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events while maintaining an expertly merchandised counter
- Foster a positive work environment through effective collaboration with team members and the Cosmetics Selling Manager
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven commission sales experience in fashion or beauty retail
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital sales tools and technology platforms
- Strong styling, fashion, and fashion retail expertise
- Ability to set and consistently achieve sales goals
- Flexibility in work schedule
