Role & Responsibilities
- Model the Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in all customer interactions
- Drive individual, vendor line, and department sales goals through skilled product demonstration, consultation, and closing techniques
- Build and maintain a robust clientele using Neiman Marcus's proprietary clienteling system to record preferences and drive repeat business
- Provide expert makeup and skincare consultation and application services
- Maintain counter cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation to reflect luxury retail standards
- Coordinate with Account Executives and vendor partners to execute promotional events and pre-booked facial consultation sessions
- Participate in in-house training programs to deepen product knowledge and sales capabilities
- Execute exceptional customer service from initial greeting through post-sale follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated ability to exceed individual and team sales quotas
- Proficiency in professional makeup consultation and application techniques
