Role & Responsibilities
- Model and uphold all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) in every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and departmental sales objectives
- Maintain exceptional customer service by establishing and developing strong client relationships as the designated brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's proprietary clienteling system to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences to drive personal business growth
- Deliver comprehensive customer experience from initial approach through product application, sales closing, and post-purchase follow-up
- Conduct professional makeup consultations and skincare treatments with precision and expertise
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming selling environment that reflects brand aesthetic
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and assigned Account Executive to maintain positive vendor relationships
- Participate in training programs and beauty events to build product knowledge and client engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or customer-focused beauty environments
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding individual sales quotas
- Professional competency in makeup consultation and application techniques
- Proficiency with digital clienteling tools and proprietary software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Sound business judgment and commercial acumen
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably within cosmetics or beauty. Previously demonstrated success exceeding individual and team sales quotas in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
