Beauty Advisor position with Hourglass in Scottsdale, AZ. Drive luxury skincare sales and deliver expert consultations in high-end beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, assessing skin concerns and recommending appropriate Hourglass products
- Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Hourglass product portfolio, including formulations, ingredients, and brand heritage
- Build and cultivate client relationships through attentive service and follow-up communication
- Achieve sales targets whilst prioritizing client needs and brand experience
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain an organized, visually appealing retail environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and support promotional initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or luxury skincare sales
- Deep understanding of skincare terminology, ingredients, and product formulations

Experience
3-5 years of experience in luxury beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or skincare specialty retail, with demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales objectives
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in makeup artistry, cosmetology, or skincare science is preferred
