Role & Responsibilities

  • Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) consistently across all customer interactions
  • Drive individual and vendor line sales volumes while achieving daily, event, and monthly departmental sales targets
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive client portfolio using Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling system to record preferences and drive repeat business
  • Deliver expert beauty consultations, including skincare assessments, makeup application, and product recommendations
  • Coordinate and execute pre-booked facial consultations and in-house training programs for beauty brands
  • Maintain counter standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting selling environment
  • Develop new customer accounts and establish strong relationships with brand Account Executives
