Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product recommendations and personalized beauty consultations to customers across a curated selection of luxury cosmetics and skincare brands
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and educate customers on application techniques, ingredients, and brand heritage
- Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and luxury retail excellence
- Build and maintain client relationships through attentive service and follow-up engagement
