Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus Principles including Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily monthly sales objectives
- Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative
- Serve as a positive liaison between Neiman Marcus and the designated Account Executive
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's proprietary online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences in order to drive business
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach through application to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area
- Execute professional make-up applications and treatment consultations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software proprietary to Neiman Marcus
- Proficiency in professional make-up and treatment consultation and application
- Demonstrated sound business judgment and organizational ability
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused, cosmetics-driven environment with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision while maintaining the ability to drive independent business growth.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The successful candidate will be located in Plano, Texas, USA, with easy access to Dallas.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 17.10 per hour.
