Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) with every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily/monthly sales targets
- Maintain exceptional customer service by creating and developing meaningful customer relationships as the cosmetics brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences to drive personal business growth
- Provide comprehensive customer experience from initial approach through product application, sales closure, and post-purchase follow-up
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling area
- Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated Account Executives, representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Previously demonstrated successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application expertise
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and Saks Fifth Avenue proprietary software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, sound business judgment, and excellent organizational ability
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently to drive business success
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in cosmetics or beauty sales. Previously demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
