Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised skincare and make‑up consultations tailored to each client's needs, recommending Sisley products and regimens to enhance results and satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product demonstrations and effective closing techniques.
• Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio using clienteling best practices: follow-ups, appointments, gifting and bespoke service.
• Execute in‑store merchandising and presentation standards to the brand's visual guidelines, ensuring product displays are immaculate and sales‑floor stock is replenished.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and support day-to-day retail administrative tasks (sales reporting, stock checks, returns).
• Participate in training, product launches and seasonal campaigns to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and technical application skills.
• Uphold hygiene, health and safety standards for all in‑store treatments and product testers, and comply with brand policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, CRM) to support local activations and client outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in prestige or luxury beauty retail (typically 2+ years) or professional experience in skincare/cosmetic consultation.
• Vocational certification in cosmetology, aesthetics or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting sales KPIs and developing client relationships in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first approach, discretion and high standards of personal presentation.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; reliable punctuality and professional conduct.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and occasional brand events or pop-ups.
