Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and department sales goals, including event-specific targets
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships through expert product knowledge and personalized consultation
- Conduct professional makeup and skincare treatments, consultations, and applications
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling system to record, manage, and leverage client information and preferences
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming selling environment
- Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated Account Executives
- Execute seamless sales closing and post-sale follow-up to maximize customer lifetime value
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and software systems
- Professional makeup and skincare consultation and application capabilities
