- Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and department sales goals, including event-specific targets
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships through expert product knowledge and personalized consultation
