Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised makeup and skincare consultations that reflect Dior’s beauty positioning and technical standards.
- Demonstrate and apply products on clients, providing expert advice on routines, application techniques and shade selection.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement, up‑selling and basket-building.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling practices and follow-up communications.
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising and product presentation at the counter, ensuring stock rotation and replenishment.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and assist with inventory management and daily reporting.
