Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke in-store consultations and product recommendations that reflect the maison’s brand standards and heritage.
- Perform makeup applications and skin consultations, demonstrating advanced product knowledge and treatment protocols.
- Drive sales and exceed individual KPIs through personalized clienteling, upselling, and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Maintain immaculate product presentation and merchandising standards in line with visual directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, manage stock replenishment and assist with inventory controls and acceptance procedures.

Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or professional makeup artistry preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused, consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Fluent spoken communication and polished presentation appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
