- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling techniques and personal engagement, positioning oneself as a trusted style confidante
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales through technology-enabled wardrobing and personalized recommendations
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools and digital store technology to serve clients both in-person and remotely, leveraging fleetwide inventory access
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals while strategizing individual business growth
