Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department daily/monthly objectives
- Create and develop excellent customer relationships by acting as a brand expert and knowledgeable department representative
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling system to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer experience from initial approach through application, closing, and post-sale follow-up
- Maintain counter presentation standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling environment
- Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated Account Executives, maintaining a professional image
- Demonstrate professional makeup and treatment consultation techniques and deliver expert product application
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused or cosmetics environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance with quota achievement
- Professional makeup artistry and treatment consultation expertise
