Role & Responsibilities
- Model Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and departmental sales goals through strategic client engagement
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships as a brand expert and department representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus clienteling system to record and manage client information, preferences, and purchase history to drive personal business growth
- Provide professional makeup and skincare consultation and application services with exceptional attention to detail
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling environment
- Coordinate and support pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs
- Serve as a positive liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated vendor Account Executives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or luxury beauty environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance, consistently exceeding quota
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and proprietary retail software systems
- Professional makeup application and skincare consultation expertise
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated business acumen and sound judgment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or luxury beauty environment, with demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; professional beauty or cosmetics certification is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
