Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals through consultative selling and relationship development
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards by creating and nurturing long-term client relationships as a brand expert and departmental representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's proprietary clienteling system to record, maintain, and leverage client information and preferences for personalized service and business development
- Provide comprehensive makeup application and skincare consultation services, guiding customers from initial approach through purchase completion and follow-up
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and expertly merchandised beauty counter that reflects luxury retail standards
- Serve as a liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated Account Executives, maintaining consistent professionalism and brand representation
- Participate in in-house training programs and vendor-led educational initiatives to deepen product expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated history of successful sales performance, exceeding quota targets
- Professional makeup application and skincare consultation expertise
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and software systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrated expertise in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty consultancy. Education
